Welcome to «Community Manager» this course teaches you how to design and develop a community, manage and monitor a virtual community.
You will learn about the social networks, tools, and techniques needed to start and build an online community; and you will learn to create quality content to create a virtual community and the techniques to move fans and followers into customers. Social media plans are now necessary for all kinds of professionals and companies (lawyers, journalists, artists, teachers, entrepreneurs, etc.).
